Rene was very polite, and explained the process in detail. He was patient with my questions and that helped me to reason out the best option for our circumstance.
We hired Rene to have our floors refinished. He was able to fit us in and did a good job. We were hard pressed for time and they were able to get in and keep to tight schedule allowing the follow on person to come in and complete their work as well. I would hire them again.
Renee responded to my flooring repair request within 15-30 minutes, then was able to visit my job site the same day. He provided a reasonable quote and was able to finish the job the next day. He was very professional and provided helpful information about my flooring and did a great job for us. We highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if we have the need.

2) He quickly root caused the problem to be fixed. (The problem was an area of tiles that flexed when stepped on, where the tiles did not hold together.) He gave a few proposed solutions.

4) The work was precise, seamless and well done. You could not tell that the floor ever needed repairing.

i really like to work for people and I can adjust my price depending on the project. Also i can make a discount if you have a budget.

I ask them about the work, sometimes I ask for photos to give me an idea and give an estimate depending on what I observe.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken a few courses over the years. some from the union and others from the companies where I work.
