I thought all I needed was a replacement for a leaking valve. Gus’ communications and punctuality was awesome. Doing a total inspection of our 25 year old back yard system, he showed me many other REAL issues with my system. He was not creating work, but wanted to fix actual issues that I did not notice. Quickly he provided a quote to big trenches to replace the entire back yard irrigation system and another quote to replace the irrigation system and entire yard. I’m so glad to replace irrigation and the yard. Gus and his team worked so hard and so professionally. I have a far superior irrigation system and a new beautiful lawn. My dogs are also extremely happy with the new lawn.

Thx Gus and his team! We had crazy weed in our yards. Gus did an onsite check and helped us to remove them right after. Since we did a construction, those weed was there for almost a year. Gus spent more than 6 hours to cleaning them. And we truely appreciate his teams' effort and the quality of work!

Great job on weeding, I had a lot of weeds growing through gravel and also some very overgrown areas on the side of the house. All was taken care of quickly and the house looks so much better now. The whole process took a few hours with a crew of 3 who were working very quickly.

We typically charge per day or per hours per employee, on site 8 hours, no charge for travel. We negotiate bids on part-day projects as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We assess the job; explain the cost items (e.g., the cost of hardware such as drip irrigation fittings, hoses and supplies, or lumber and materials costs for construction); estimate the labor hours; guarantee the scheduling and manpower availability; and compile a detailed written quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of construction and landscape experience, including with large companies that provide regular training and audit performance and customer satisfaction. Th feedback I get from the customer is the best training there is.
