I had a small project of fixing some broken sprinklers, and we were able to tack on some additional work with the landscaping as well as treating some tree disease. We were very happy with each project, and would will call on Rockwatergrass again.

Dave gave me a time that he would be coming by to check the sprinkler system and he showed up on time. He immediately went to work and checked all my sprinklers and fixed anything that needed fixed.

Great attention to details, listens, executes once overall project is agreed upon from start to finish. Professional designer, very experienced, very knowledgeable in all aspects of landscape design and execution. Takes full ownership for project. Always on-sight, as needed. Amazing follow-up once project is completed. Checks in periodically to be sure completion of project is stable and client is happy. Always available via text, email, & cell and responds quickly before during and after project is completed.
The nature of the job is such that on any day anything can happen and delay or push out an expected visit, delivery, or workday. It’s the nature of the job and all parties involved should be flexible and understanding. But, one thing is constant, Dave will ALWAYS communicate any delays and the reasons why.
Couldn’t be more pleased with how the project was managed. Getting positive feedback from everyone that passes by.
WE ARE very happy with the end result, and the result is even better than we could have imagined. BRAVO!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try very hard to work within everyone's budget to bring their projects to fruition . We are competitive , transparent and honest in our pricing , trying to balance both client and employee needs in order to make it all work in a very expensive and challenging Bay Area economic climate .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial process always varies , but generally begins with a meeting , a discussion of your wants and desires for the project , an estimate of cost , more meetings , to fine tune what needs to get done and how we're going to accomplish it , designs , more ideas , more discussions and then finalizing numbers , designs and legal guidelines and final contract . That's for the big projects . For the small projects , a quick meeting , some detailed discussions , agreement and work commences . We pride ourselves on not having you wonder what's happening from day to day , we communicate , a lot because not knowing what's happening during the course of your project is not an option for us .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Horticulture degree from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo . Horticulture degree / Foothill college / Large ranch property management in Colorado / Washington / California .45 plus years of horticultural experience and hands on training .
