- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm negotiating on a case by case basis while I am in the start up phase of my business. I am rather flexible, so please let me know.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I spend my first session with a student feeling out their thought processes. I challenge them a bit, to see where their focus starts to waver. Once I have an accurate picture of their abilities, I start analyzing their habits and patterns of how they approach Math at large. Most big wins in tutoring come from a change in mindset regarding the habits they have, rather than simply not understanding something in particular.
