Before Lucas, my training lacked intention and results. I am a trainer/coach but had lost focus and was just going through the motions. Lucas is super knowledgeable, does an amazing job of holding you accountable and completely understands that each client is unique. He also helped me realize that I wasn’t prioritizing recovery. I was in pain a lot, not sleeping well and just didn’t feel great. I am about 7 months in and can now train without pain and am sleeping much better. With Lucas’ help, I have refocused on training with purpose and recovery. Super thankful for his knowledge and program!

Working with Lucas was a great experience because his coaching is the full package. He is more than just a lifting coach, he's a lifestyle coach. Lucas is all about creating healthy habits with eating, sleeping, hydrating, and exercising. Lucas was always very communicative, very knowledgable, and easily approachable if I had a question. The best part about working with Lucas is that he does everything that he preaches. He lives his life the way that he teaches his clients to live. It makes the process a lot easier because his lifestyle proves that his training works.

Lucas is my husband. So regardless I am giving him five stars, but to an outsider here's why you should pay attention and why what he does for me can work for you: I am a lifelong over-doer and cardio only type person. I go all in on marathons, sports, triathlons, yoga, to the point of destroying my body - getting broken feet, double hip surgeries, neck and back pain, etc. The same goes for work, and with this past year I've added additional stress and the loss of a routine, my body has suffered. Never have I focused on strength and basic motions to keep my body in shape, especially as I get older. Lucas has forced me to not go overboard, but focus on the basics, I had lost muscle strength and probably a lot more. He focuses on form and getting the most out of simple movements, doing it right and consistently is the best way to help yourself. The way he teaches helps you understand what you are doing and why, step by step. You can tell he takes everyone's training seriously and really does his homework to help his clients. He knows more about menstrual cycles and female hormones than I ever will. He does not buy into fitness fads. He focuses on what works and is well educated on the partnership between, mental health, physical health and nutrition. He can help you with all of those things, if you let him. You have to be ready for change and he can help you. He is a true partner in your all around health.

Lucas is incredibly knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition, mental health, sleep and more; his approach to health is holistic and his programs are very customized to each client. His program is sustainable and approachable; he works with me to change habits for lifelong wellness vs. trying to overhaul your diet, work out two hours a day, etc. all at once. He holds you accountable and keeps you motivated, but won’t micromanage you; you need to be ready to work hard and for yourself. He is always reading new books or teaching himself about new facets of health, which translates into more refined programs for his clients. For example, when I was struggling with a plateau, he did his own research and found that it could be due to a medication I was taking, which I didn’t even realize; when I switched meds, I immediately started seeing progress again. I wouldn’t have even considered this if it weren’t for Lucas’s research. Highly recommend working with Lucas!
