Steve is very easy going. This makes the whole experience go smoothly and painlessly.
On our session, Steve brought a collection of pose template images with him which helped us figure out what to do and decide which poses we like.
After the session he was very prompt with the delivery of the digital photos.
Overall, I would repeat this experience possibly with a longer duration. The duration of our shoot was 90-minutes and time went by much faster than expected. Even then, Steve managed to fit in about 10 different poses.

Steve went above and beyond to accommodate a studio shoot for my family of 11. From the get go he was responsive, professional and really worked with me to come up with a package that fit our needs. The day of the shoot was great. Steve was upbeat and creatively worked with our large group and smaller family groupings. The lighting and poses were perfect! Everyone had a fun time. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Base pricing for headshots and portraits includes up to three final images, delivered via download. Additional images and expert retouching are available for an additional fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have at least a phone chat before each session so I can really understand what my client is looking for. For some engagements, I'm happy to do an in-person visit to meet with my clients, understand their needs, and plan the best possible shoot.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly studying the work and advice of the industry leaders---the ones who are super creative and at the top of their game. Through conferences, seminars, books, and online classes, I strive to always improve my lighting techniques, posing, retouching, and more. In this business you never stop learning. I've got 1000's of hours of study and training under my belt.
