Vanguard were quick to respond to my queries for inspection when I contacted them regarding possible signs of termites. Jim came in for inspection and patiently answered all my questions around termites and other WDO that I had as first time home owner. He reassured me regarding their plan of action and quality of work. Gabriel and Robert were very professional with the application of the fix. They did their own walkthrough, checking other areas of the house as well and identified a couple of other small areas. They explained how the treatment would be applied. They were quick and efficient, and later gave tips and info on next steps, scheduling inspections and ensuring the problem gets taken care of. overall great service and leaves us feeling more secure about the problem
The Vanguard workers did an amazing job. They found additional termites in some areas and communicated with us immediately. Highly recommended and very friendly and professional.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Vanguard Termite Control, we believe that your home should be taken care of to the best of our abilities. Our prices won't always be the lowest but our work will be the best. With our experienced technicians and our 5 year full structural warranties we are dedicated to make your home termite free.
All year long we have different discounts, look out for them.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you get in contact with our office and schedule an inspection. Our fully trained inspectors will arrive promptly at your scheduled time (maybe even ahead of schedule). They will conduct an inspection of your entire home. At the end of the inspection the inspector will go over all of his findings, recommendations and pricing. Within 24 hours you will receive a formal report and bid through your email. At that point you may take your time to review the proposal and compare your options. Once you have made your decision you can call our office to schedule the treatment or construction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 25 years in the industry and certified licensed inspectors and technicians.
