Vanguard means professionalism and value for money. I had some termite issue and called them for an inspection (which was free). They gave me a full report and estimate, explaining everything.
No pushing or pressure to sell their services, unlike others companies saying "if you take it now we will give 10% off" etc.
Very genuine and hard working people. Gave me a warranty of 5 years and asked me to schedule the free inspection as needed for the next five years, and if they find anything, they would treat it.
On the way out of the crawl space, they cleaned up some old cardboard laying around, saying these are recipes for termites. Very genuine!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Vanguard Termite Control, we believe that your home should be taken care of to the best of our abilities. Our prices won't always be the lowest but our work will be the best. With our experienced technicians and our 5 year full structural warranties we are dedicated to make your home termite free.
All year long we have different discounts, look out for them.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you get in contact with our office and schedule an inspection. Our fully trained inspectors will arrive promptly at your scheduled time (maybe even ahead of schedule). They will conduct an inspection of your entire home. At the end of the inspection the inspector will go over all of his findings, recommendations and pricing. Within 24 hours you will receive a formal report and bid through your email. At that point you may take your time to review the proposal and compare your options. Once you have made your decision you can call our office to schedule the treatment or construction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 25 years in the industry and certified licensed inspectors and technicians.
