My name is Roman and my wife Daisy and I took a big step in 2014 by opening our own maintenance business. With over 20 years of hands-on experience, starting back in high school, I’ve built my skills working full time in this industry.
We specialize in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure wash, house wash and solar panel cleaning for both small and large jobs. Our focus is simple: quality work and your complete satisfaction. We don’t cut corners and we always use professional techniques and proper equipment.
Our customers trust us so much that many are comfortable leaving us in their homes while we work. We also have strong references and reviews on HomeAdvisor, Angie’s List and Yelp. If you’re looking for a reliable, respectful, and detail-oriented team, we’d be happy to help with your next project.

I've used R&D for my windows and guttercleaning for several years. I've always been pleased with their service and would recommend them.

The 3 guys were right on time, worked quickly, and left my windows sparkling. They even cleaned off the soap scum from my glass shower door and left it looking like new.

Roman and his team have been cleaning our house for several years now and the results are excellent. It is a challenging assignment due to A-Frame architecture and some of the windows are very hard to reach, but it does not prevent them from getting our windows cleaned and looking wonderful. Flexible scheduling, responsive on communications, and finishes on time. Highly recommend.
