Alex was awesome. He came to my home week ago to repair my washer it was not responding to knob selectin and not turning on properly. After about 45 minutes or so he was done. My previous experiences were the guys have to go back and forth for multiple days but this was quick and easy and same day with my busy schedule. 5 star humor, price, and my washer of 6 years runs again I am very happy!
