Ben & his team are first class! I reached out to them for a packaged central a/c unit installation. Prior to me contacting Air Pro, I already had two other estimates. Ben came out within 24 hours & gave me a great estimate with crane service included. He informed me of my options without trying to upsell me. Him & his team showed up on time at 9 am and was done by 3 pm. Everything went smoothly. I have a service warranty and a warranty on factory parts. I am happy with my brand new central air & heating unit. Ben assured me the unit doesn't even need service for 15 years! Do yourselves a favor and call these guys if you have heating or cooling issue. It was a real pleasure doing business with Ben & his team at Air Pro Heating and Cooling, Inc. Ben and his team was great to work with. The quotation process was straight forward and they offered the best price of 3 quotes we received. On install day they showed up on time, were respectful of my home, protected all floors and nearby furniture, worked quickly and efficiently and installed a 3 unit minisplit system in one day. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to learn the customer needs and to evaluate what the problem and what is the best solution for it , we need to meet the customers and to be at the property in order to look at the system .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a C 20 license to work with central heating and cooling systems, and I have 10 years of experience in hvac project.
