Marco finished the job quickly and did not leave until the unit was working perfectly. Our house is 100 years old so making the vents work takes lots of effort.

Marco is an expert. He knows his field incredibly well. He was flexible with our hectic schedules, patient, helpful, quick and efficient. He is an outstanding manager of his team and garners admirable loyalty from them. I would of course hire him again but also ask him for recommendations for other professionals because I trust his judgment. His honesty was to be emulated. He had to upgrade the unit he originally quoted us, but insisted that he would honor the original quote and absorb the additional cost. He doesn't that the platform under the unit was rotted and needed to be replaced. He left the house, went to Home Depot, purchased wood, pulled out the rotted platform, rebuilt and installed a new platform for us and just asked us to reimburse him for the wood. In this day and age, he stunned us with how much integrity he maintained throughout the job with various changes and updates based on new findings. We buzzed him in our building remotely to work in our home while we were at the office because we trusted him. I can't figure out how to thank him enough. He did an outstanding job.
