Guillermo did an incredible job during the powder room tile demo and installation. He not only installed the tiles but also guided me through the entire process, being very professional and making it simple. We had a walkthrough, a quote, a demo, installation, grouting, and it was all done! I’ll definitely hire him again for the rest of the house. Thank you, Guillermo!

Guillermo and Chris worked great as a team. Our craftsman kitchen looks amazing. They did a great job on the tile work; everything was precise and met our specifications. Guillermo was willing to work with us on coinciding trim work which was to be installed after the tiling was done. His many years of tiling experience proved to be a great asset to the overall finished product!

From the moment Guillermo showed up, we felt at ease. He was transparent about his timeline and the quality of the work was exquisite. His team was so kind and patient with every question we had. They showed up every morning on time and cleaned up at the end of every day. Guillermo was always in communication about progress and financial expectations. We are so happy with how our floors came out and our entire experience. (The picture I’m posting was just before grouting)

Guillermo and his son Chris, did a great job. I had a plumbing problem with my shower and needed tile removed the replaced after the plumbing was fixed. They kept me updated on arrival time, were efficient and friendly. My plumber was impressed also and asked for their number.

Guillermo is a Tile Master. He did a wonderful installation of a unique Zellige. He was clear with communication, schedule and also reasonably priced. Very happy with finding Guillermo through Thumbtack and thrilled with his work.
