We own a showroom where we offer a selection of high quality vanities, granite tops, sinks and faucets for our clients to choose from. I had a great experience with ML Construction. Martin was honest and not just out to rack in some money. He gave me various options and suggestions on how to save some money in my bathroom remodel. He came out immediately and got the work completed in the time he said. They were quick and I was very satisfied.

We hired ML construction for a bathroom remodel. Martin, the owner of ML construction came out quickly and give us a quote that my wife and I thought was fair. When we gave them the green light, they started almost immediately and our bathroom started to take shape quickly. As anybody who's ever done a remodeling project knows that there are several hiccups that you run into throughout the project. Throughout the entire project Martin, and his crew or professional and always had an easy-going attitude when problems arose. ML construction fixed those problems quickly and finished our bathroom. We ended up with a bathroom that looks beautiful and my wife and I both enjoy walking into it every day. We would definitely hire ML construction again. I've included some pictures that I believe will attest to the quality of his work

Martin and his staff were very pleasant to work with. He is very resonably priced and doesn't try to up-sale you. He was on time, outlined and communicated his progress, worked hard and finished in a timely manner when he said he would. We had 2 bathrooms completely redone and plan to hire him for future projects. Very happy and satisfied with this professional gentleman!!

I hired M.L. Construction to remodel my bathroom and kitchen. Martin Lucero,the owner, is very knowledgeable in the construction field and displayed a very good understanding of what I wanted for my remodel.He also gave me some money saving tips on some of my ideas for my bath!!!! He will give you a fair price, a honest finish date, quality service and beautiful work!!! Highly recommended!! CMoon

No, there are too many variables which is why we schedule consultations to assess the property.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We believe it's very important to set up a consultation to walk the property with the customer. It's a good way to give us a better understanding of the project and answer all the questions the customer might have. If they like our plans and want to hire us, we will schedule a start and completion date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've taken classes on carpentry and electrical at Valley College then went to a contracting school where I became a certified contractor.
