My pricing is straightforward and fair. Every job is different, so I give estimates based on the exact work you need done—no hidden fees. I offer competitive rates, and for bigger projects or repeat customers, I’m always open to discussing discounts. I make sure all pricing is clear before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by getting a clear understanding of the project. I usually ask a few questions, look at photos, or have a quick call to make sure I know exactly what you need. Once I understand the job, I provide an estimate and schedule a time that works best for you. I show up on time, complete the work professionally, and make sure you’re satisfied before I leave.

I have hands-on training built from years of real-world experience in repairs, installations, maintenance, and general home improvement. I’ve worked across multiple trades, learning the right techniques and safety practices to get the job done correctly and efficiently.
