I work in a law office in CO and we needed a process server in CA. Felix did an excellent job. VERY quick, great communication, super easy. Highly recommend!! If we ever need anything served in CA again he will be who I call.Jan 31, 2019Verified
This was my first time using a process server. Felix was very thorough, knowledgeable, courteous, and walked me through the entire process. I went to court today and won my judgment. He prepared me well in what to expect. Thanks, Felix, for your time and patience. S.D.Oct 18, 2017Verified
This was a horrible experience. First, the process server insisted that the defendant did not live at the apartment complex when he in fact does. After arguing over that, he finally served the defendant. Then 30 days pass, and the process server still has not given me proof of service. Finally, after throwing a fit over that, he sends me the proof of service. The process server never signed the papers and he spelled both my name and the defendants name incorrectly. When I pointed this out to him, he told me I could make the changes myself. When I told him, I could not sign a legal document on his behalf, he finally made the corrections. This guy has no business working as a process server. Unprofessional, sloppy, no attention to detail. He generated work for me by having to follow up and get the proof of service from him, point out the mistakes. HorribleMay 22, 2018VerifiedRegistered process server's reply
Unfair review all around. Here are the facts. Client forwarded via email on 2/23/2018, form SC100 (small claims documents) to serve defendant with the following service address: 1634 West in Los Angeles with service instructions for an apartment complex, client did not know apartment number. I attempted to serve but 1634 West is a single family residence not an apartment complex. Client wasn't happy and questioned my findings and requested I returned to given address to serve documents. I went back to given address and took a picture of 1634 West Blvd. When client saw picture of address she apologized and stated that the defendant to be served lives at the apartment complex next to 1634 West. Customer was instructed to file with the court a request to amend her small claims case to correct the defendant’s address. On 3/22/2018 I received via email an amended SC100 correcting the address to 1628 West without an apartment number. Here's the client's email acknowledging that the address was incorrect "Hi Felix, Attached are 2 files and everything needs to be served on defendant at 1628 West. I do not know the apartment number. He is upstairs directly across once you climb up the stairs. Small complex, maybe 7 or 8 units. Access is along the side between 1628 and 1634. Small courtyard with a gate to the left. Climb up the stairs and he is directly across. If a woman answers the door, you are at the wrong place. He lives alone." After many attempts and figuring out which apartment number the defendant lives at, I was able to serve the defendant and a computerized copy was emailed to client which had spelling errors on my behalf, parties names where misspelled which were corrected in a timely manner. After, original signed proof was mailed to defendant which she claimed to have not received proof. To correct this, a scanned and signed proof was emailed to defendant ASAP. Customer only paid the fee for the bad address on 1634 West but when billed for service on correct address at 1628 West that is when client resorted to leave this negative review which is unfounded. Haven't received payment for serving documents as of yet.
He kept in contact with me letting me know the status and within 1 week the process was completed. This was due to the individual being served only. Would totally recommend.Sep 22, 2019Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Price quoted includes as many attempts needed to serve your documents or until a bad address is reported, meaning subject no longer lives or moved out from address. Price quoted is for each defendant and per address. You pay once work is completed. Once you submit payment for your paperwork, I will print and mail to you the original signed proof of service. I will also emailed you a draft copy of the proof of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Fastest way to begin service would be for you to scan and email service documents. I will print and begin service attempts within 2-3 business days. I will bill you once work is completed and before proof of service form is given to yo. Will bill through my bank using Zelle money request, Venmo or paypal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I was a court employee for over 7 years working in the small claims, family law, limited and unlimited civil departments. Have been a registered process server for over 13 years.
