Absolutely outstanding! I am immensely pleased (& fortunate!) for having chosen to hire A&J Safest Solutions to move my new furniture purchases from Ontario to San Clemente. It began with prompt, attentive and personable communication from the moment I submitted the Thumbtack request. Then Luis and Justin were somehow able to accommodate my move same-day... on Labor Day weekend!! Luis kept me updated every step of the way - when they finished up their prior job, arrived at the store, got to the front of the line for pick-up, departure on their way to our house (with a pic of the items loaded in the truck!), and a 15-minutes-away heads up. One of the items was a 106" one-piece sofa (240lbs). The two of them coordinated the maneuvering around several entryway angles perfectly and were so careful with that and our two accent chairs. Luis and Justin are super polite, professional, experts at their job and truly wonderful to work with. I highly recommend A&J Safest Solutions and won't hesitate to use them again!

Excellent experience from start to finish! We hired them to move a large weight machine from our gym to our home, and they did an outstanding job. They were extremely responsive, showed up right on time, and were professional and thoughtful throughout the entire process.

What impressed me most was how well they thought everything through before they started. They had a plan, worked efficiently, and made what could have been a difficult move incredibly smooth and easy. They took great care with the equipment and our home, and the entire process was seamless.

On top of the excellent service, the price was very reasonable. Great communication, great service, and great value. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional movers. Five stars all the way!

Luis responded immediately to my request. Their fee was the most reasonable of all the quotes I received. They arrived early ready to work. They handled my furniture move very easily. They are very professional young men, and I really appreciated that. I will definitely call them again and recommend them to my friends.
