Alan was prompt on his arrival and an overall nice person to work with. We hired him to replace our kitchen faucet. However, between needing to run out to purchase an adaptor and later, difficulty detaching the hoses from the valves, Alan wound up needing to spend a lot more time on this job than he anticipated. Despite this, he never complained and even offered to replace the valve simply for the cost of replacement parts instead of charging us additional for additional labor. We appreciate Alan’s professionalism and work ethics, and would not hesitate to recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.
