We hired Ramiro to do a wall patch repair and also re-tiling part of our bathroom wall. Ramiro was very responsive, professional and did the work well and on time. He went above and beyond to help us with other items and only charged us for the materials. We will be using him again!

I had to reschedule our appointment because my other contractors were a week late and we agreed he would come out on 5/29, 5/28 at around 6pm I realized he never reached out confirming a starting time so I pinged him in the am, he doesn’t respond until later saying he isn’t going to make it and that he had to go out of town and if he could come a week later. I have a new tenant moving in in 2 days. Shocking, if I didn’t ping him then he was just not going to show up or reschedule. Highly unprofessional and now leaves me in a bind to hopefully find someone else available within 24 hours
