We were having some trouble with a ceiling fan that was sparking at the wall! I put out the thumbtack call on Saturday night. David responded the same evening and came out the next day on Sunday to troubleshoot. Thankfully it was a quick fix. David was very courteous and helpful, showing us some tricks as he went. Best of all, he gave us a very fair price. Well definitely be calling him again for future work.

David arrived on time. Once he got into the job of replacing the fan, he discovered the new mounting hardware would not work. We used mounting parts from the old fan and modified them as necessary. Between the two of us we came up with a satisfactory solution. I must say David is flexible and is able to figure out how to get things done. He did forget to put a couple of screws in the fan, but I was able to correct the problem. His quote turned out to be to low as he spent 3-1/2 hours on the project. He was willing to stick with his quote, but after we talked a bit we were able to come up with a more reasonable cost that we were both satisfied with.
