I hired Luis to refinish and lighten my wood floors, however after arriving he discovered that the floors were not solid wood (my mistake). He offered a cheaper and more effective solution of installing LVP on top of the existing layer and it looks beautiful. Very satisfied with the work and price, definitely recommend.

Luis was very professional and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained each part of the process and kept us updated about the progress. He also wanted to make sure we were happy with the work and that was greatly appreciated.
We had all the hardwood floors in our house sanded and refinished. The previous owners had pets and the floors had scratches everywhere. Now the floors look like new! We are very satisfied with the work done.

We moved into our home and our kitchen floors were a nightmare. We have been debating for years to get our floors done and we finally decided to do so. Luis has among the best customer service skills of a hire that I have worked with. His work and work ethic are top notch. Over communication to ensure you are getting what you want, along with honest fees were some of the reasons he will be a rehire for my next job. The floors came out wonderful and he found a way to save me some cost from my original quote. I have to wait and see the lasting quality of his work, but that will require the test of time.
