Really, all five qualities apply. Alberto responded right away, submitted a quote, and began work the next week. In just over 5 days he completed the job of sanding and refinishing our hardwood floors in a 2 bedroom split level home which included repair of a weakness at the head of the stairs. The floors are beautiful!! Alberto is consistently polite, his price is very reasonable and his manner and quality of work is professional. I highly recommend him.

We’re very happy with the work Alberto and his team did for us. They installed hard wood floors for 1800 sq ft two floors. Before the work started, Alberto was very responsive and gave me a lot of good advice in terms for picking the right flooring. When the time comes to start the work, the team came in and just started working and wasted no time for the two weeks they were at our house. They were hard working and very professional and very friendly. We’re very happy with the result!! And would definitely recommend him for this type of work!

Alberto and team did an exceptional job on our floors. We were so intimidated by the idea of refinishing these quickly before we moved in, but Alberto was able to do it at a very reasonable cost compared to other quotes and in just one week!

Great experience with this Rudy and his brother. I’ve put this project off because carpet and a floor heater needed to be removed along with replacing flooring. I also had a large, very heavy armoire that needed to be moved. They helped so much and workers in tandem with the guy who removed the floor heater. I’m so happy with their work and professionalism. They are hardworking, respectful and did an amazing job refinishing my hardwood floors. My home was built in 1937 and it like new! Look at the pictures. I highly recommend them!!

My process is that when the client contacts me I immediately call or send them messages and if the client responds we introduce ourselves and make appointments I see their projects I give them my estimates the client analyzes my prices and if they like it they contact me and we agree on the date you want your project to start and clarify all your doubts about the process
