What a great decision going with Miguel Velazquez to refinish our hardwood floors! The floors are probably original to the house which was built in the early 1940's, and they now look brand new. We were only going to sand, seal, coat one bedroom floor which was pretty worn, and clean/coat the rest, but once we saw how great the bedroom looked after the initial sanding, we decided to sand and fully refinish all the floors. Miguel and Manuel were meticulous, efficient and offered a very fair price for the work. One of the best decisions we've made in a while. I can't recommend their work highly enough!!

My hardwood floor was in terrible shape due to neglect. Baked in thick wax and dirt. I called COIT, Steamer guy and otherservice company. All gave me an inflated estimate with no guarantee of good turnout; they even suggested to replace my floor. I hired Miguel and hoped for the best. He turned my floor into something unexpected. It was like magic.Miguel is dependeple, hardworking, the best person you can work with. He's awesome. I recommend home whole heartedly.

Exceptional hardwood floor installers. We have a 1940 home in San Francisco and unfortunately water got on the floors, warped and ruined it. I contacted Miguel and he gave me pre-instructions over the phone on how to take care of it and he was there the following day to replace my hardwood floors. I am very grateful and highly recommend!!
