The space is quite big, and has been vacant for a while so it really needed some work. I looked at a few services and felt most comfortable booking the cleaning of the office space with Juan. His quote was incredibly fair, and he was so friendly. What I appreciated most was his willingness to accommodate the deadline I was working under. He really came through.
