Jum was super responsive when setting up appointment to unclog the kitchen sink. He showed up on time and explained everything about the problem and the fix. He did high quality work and gave me several tips about how to prevent the problem in the future. Highly recommend Jum for any household plumbing work.

He came immediately, was very knowledgeable and personable. He fixed our sink quickly (note: not an easy task in this 100+ year old house) and gave advice on several other projects. He did a great job efficiently. I will definitely call him for future plumbing projects.
