- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type of documents, location, and urgency of service. Standard service includes multiple attempts at different times of day when required. Rush and same-day service are available for time-sensitive matters. Additional fees may apply for hard-to-serve locations, skip tracing, or extra defendants. I’m upfront about pricing before work begins so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out, I’ll quickly review your documents and confirm service details such as location, deadlines, and special court requirements. After service begins, I provide status updates and documentation so you know exactly where things stand. Proof of service is completed accurately and delivered promptly once service is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a California-registered process server and stay current on court rules and service requirements to ensure documents are served properly and legally.
