What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very flexible when it comes to work, keep in mind that you can't put a price on that employee you have been looking for or that job you have been dreaming about.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my clients. A Teams or Zoom call is the best way so that we both can put a face to the name. The more details the client has, the better results I will be able to deliver.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with a double major in Business concentrating in HR and Industrial/Organizational Psychology. My career spans almost 20 years working with different companies in various industries.
