- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly Rate Our standard rate is $100 per hour, which covers two movers, truck usage, fuel, and furniture assembly/disassembly. Estimated Hours The total cost depends on the actual hours worked. We provide an estimate upfront based on the size of your move, but the final bill will reflect the real time spent. Additional Fees Specialty Items: Items that are unusually large, heavy, or fragile (like pianos, pool tables, or antiques) may incur a small additional fee. Extra Services: Packing or unpacking services are optional and billed separately at $100/hour per mover. Cancellation: Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled move may incur a 25% cancellation fee. Discounts & Promotions Repeat Customers or Referrals: Ask us about discounts for repeat clients or for referring a friend. Flexible Scheduling: Sometimes, off-peak weekday moves can qualify for reduced rates—ask for details when booking. Payment Terms Payment is due upon completion of your move. We accept cash, check, or digital payments for your convenience. Transparent Communication We always provide an honest estimate upfront and keep you updated if your move requires extra time or services. There are no hidden fees—what you see is what you pay.
