FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not the cheapest but for good reason. Things are getting more and more expensive nowadays and it's hard for small businesses to make it. I try very hard to be reasonable and fair with my clients. I try to treat my clients the way I would want to be treated if it were my home. I want my clients to be happy to pay a little more for a lot more quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to respond to them quickly and set up a time to meet and go over the project. I hear their thoughts, concerns and what they would like to see happen. I use my experience to give them my knowledge on the subject and try to give as much information and options available as I can. I like to meet new people, check out new projects and hopefully bring relief and happiness to the deal. Sometimes projects can be a daunting task but if broken down, explained and executed properly they can be fun.
