- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you happen to sign up for recurring services after the initial clean, not only will you maintain the cleanliness of your home but you’ll save 50% from the cost of the first cleaning. Statistics show that homes that are routinely cleaned by professionals are less likely to have problems like mold growth, dry rot and replacement of carpet, window treatments and other items less often than those who do not maintain their home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with them at their house and have them do a walk thru with me telling me their expectations and me letting them know if those are reasonable expectations. I give them the final estimate with my business card and schedule the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve received professional training through fitness centers, green cleaning product AIS, state board standards for beauty salons, and learning from watching other good cleaners and lots of research online
