All lawyers in California are required to complete continuing legal education.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My story is on my website at www.lawofficesofann-mariefritz.org. In a nutshell, I became a mother at age 17 and I knew I needed a job that would be a career so I could provide for my child. I refused to ever accept governmental assistance, so I took care of things myself. I went straight to college, then law school. I graduated from law school at 23 years old. I have been practicing law ever since.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Divorces, legal separation, Paternity cases (have child with someone but were never married), custody, visitation, child support (including DCSS cases), spousal support, domestic violence (for alleged perpetrator or victim), property and debt division, stepparent adoptions, and etc...
