EMT HVAC company was great. He responded quickly, even though it was late evening and came out early the next morning. He was punctual (actually early), knew exactly what the problem was and was very VERY affordable. He fixed it quickly and was honest on what was needed and what could wait if I wanted. Another AC company came out and said the whole unit needed to be replaced and would charge me high fees if I wanted to fix it. He had my unit working in less than 30 minutes and for a fraction of the cost. It is not often you find honesty and reliability. I would hire him again and again. Look no further, you can’t go wrong!

I appreciated HVAC Pros quick response to my request for an air conditioner repair. After going over my air conditioner situation with Chris, we decided to purchase a new outdoor heat exchange and replace the coils. Chris was very informative, friendly and took the time to answer all our questions in depth. We felt he did his very best to accommodate our needs. They came the next day to complete the job and finished the work in a few hours. We really appreciated their diligence in completing the job the same day. We felt that the price was fair and they will come twice a year for the next two years to check on our system. We would recommend them and certainly use them again because of Chris’s friendly and professional manner.
