- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a luxury service bartending business but we also offer middle tier and service based only packages as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to sit down and get on a call with new customers and talk about the vision they have for there event. From there we go over all the details from signature drinks, custom names for the drinks and color schemes. Once all details have been revised with customers. We ask for a non refundable deposit then we have payment plans available if needed. We communicate with our clients from day one and always follow back up with them after there event to ensure everything came out to there expectations or if we can adjust things in the near future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Riverside Bartending School and worked within the hospitality industry for 3 years
