Claudia B. says, "Edgar is very responsive. I want to preface the whole review with this statement that this was the first time using an app to secure services like this. With that being said, I asked a lot of questions and he was patient and explained everything. So after discussing what work I needed done he sent me a link to select the type of material for the countertop. Once I selected the material I sent him pictures he then sent me a quote for each material I selected. As we continued to discuss my ideas for my kitchen, I inquired about a sink and he referred me back to the link where I sent him the selection and I was then sent an invoice. I called the manager for the business to pay for the materials. And prior to all this the quote for his labor costs were given for credit card versus cash. I paid once all work was done. I can’t convey how beautiful his work is. He was very respectful, professional and budget oriented to my project. The only downside to my project is that I had to wait 2 days for a plumber that Edgar recommended to reattach all my plumbing. That also entailed an additional cost that I didn’t anticipate on this project."See more
