- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates change depending on the level of service you require. Sometimes, you may need a little more or a little less. Don't be afraid to ask! We would be happy to show any differences in comparison to any other DJ. We will show you how we stack up against them with the upmost transparency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would like to meet in person but that may not always be possible. Online and telephone communication is a great substitute for in person meetings and we have mastered how we quickly we can communicate on our own systems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our industry relies on experience as education/training for our work. Whether is reading a crowd for the right song, or operating a DMX light console, experience is the only way that assures that someone is capable of performing such a task. Our team keeps adding experience every day with team building tasks, team meetings, and actual events every weekend. Trust us to get the work done right!
