Super fast response. Came out and troubleshot without assuming it was going to be a major repair. Repair was needed but the fact that they didn't assume it would be was appreciated. The required parts were not easy to find but the tech (Cory) did not leave until they were able to confirm that they could get the part. All along the way, the office staff and tech were great with communication, transparancey, and professionalism. Cost was a bit high (?) but the fact that they were upfromt about everything and kept to the schedule they promised meant a lot.
