Krisann Photography with Kristi, Jason, and Austin, were incredible to work with. From their amazing talent and professionalism to direction and experienced editing, they delivered the most stunning photos and video. They were such a blessing to have with us for our wedding day. When unexpected warmer weather changed the schedule and traffic around our day, they were flexible and worked with us to make the most of everything. We hired Krisann Photography to document our 50th wedding anniversary celebration in late December 2025. It was easy to contact Kristi and to sort out all of the details ahead of the event. She brought her son Austin to help work the party, and they arrived well ahead of the start of the event; we discussed what we were looking for, and Kristi made some excellent recommendations. They were very professional during the celebration and took lots of great photos, both posed and informal. Kristi got me the first drop of about a dozen photos in just a couple of days so that I could put together our Christmas card, and the full gallery arrived about 10 days after the event. It was a real pleasure to work with Krisann Photography, and we'd certainly do it again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is designed to be transparent and reflect the level of care and quality I put into every session and wedding. Each package includes not just the time we spend together, but also professional editing, an online gallery, and the ability to download and share your images. I don’t believe in hidden fees—what you see in your package is what you’ll get.
For couples booking a wedding package, I offer a 15% discount for those who choose to pay in full upfront at the time of booking. I also offer flexible payment plans for all sessions, so you can spread out the investment over time. Travel fees may apply for sessions or weddings outside of my regular service area, but we’ll always discuss that up front so there are no surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I start by getting to know you—your story, your style, and what matters most to you. From there, we’ll chat about session details, locations, and your vision so everything feels personal and stress-free. Once your date is booked, I’ll guide you through outfit suggestions, timelines, and preparation tips so you feel confident and excited going in. During the session or wedding day, I focus on making you comfortable, natural, and fully present so I can capture those genuine, joy-filled moments. Afterward, I carefully edit your images and deliver a gallery full of memories you’ll cherish for years to come.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a graduate of the New York Institute of Photography and have also invested in numerous mentorships with industry professionals. Continuing education and hands-on learning are a big part of my journey, and I’m always working to refine my craft so I can serve my clients with creativity, excellence, and heart.
