Introduction: More then a "mow and go" service. I was professionally trained at University of California, Riverside in irrigation installation and repair, 6 years of landscaping with various companies. Most recently I was the lead landscaper at Pauls Landscaping. I can do any landacaping job except cutting trees over 25 ft in height. I will have your yard looking its absolute best. I have a green thumb for sure. When im not working and at home on the weekends you will find me outside working on my yard. I can always find something that needs improvement.

Michael was good on the first day of work, I was impressed on how he cleaned our yard but when asked if he could do landscaping and design a landscaping for our front yard with rock and mulch he provided a design that my wife and i approved of and gave him the ok. The day he layed the mulch down he did not cover the area with the black canvas that is needed before mulch is layed he said that was not needed, we ordered rock " he was with us when we ordered the rock" the rock was not the type that was needed the day the rock was delivered my wife told the delivery guy what the rock was for the delivery guy advised my wife that type of rock is not for this type of landscaping,. If Michael new so much about landscaping he would know this. Michael while on the job kept getting calls regarding family issues and would often leave the job early and unfinished. Like i stated above we where impressed how he cleaned the yard we referred him to my sister inlaw but thats another issue. All i will say about that is Michael quit doing work at my sister inlaw's house he then called me and said that he had to quit with me do to a conflict of interest with my sister inlaw.

The gravel I selected was pea gravel. I used it at my house and it looks great. Doug's wife also said she liked the look of it. I don't see how the delivery truck driver would say it can't be used to landscape with. A home owner can landscape with whatever they think looks good. The fabric I did not put down because they didn't want to pay extra money for it and I said you don't need it because you could put down 3 layers of fabric and weeds will find a way to grow. They also could not afford to get the entire yard done all at once. They wanted it done in phases. Which I did until it was no longer profitable. And I told Doug I could go longer finish his yard. Someone else would have to finish the final phase. I was not overpaid, and I did not burn them. I also told them to call the rock supplier and cancel their order before it was delivered.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Full service landscaping (mowing, edging, weeding, leaf removal, minor sprinkler repairs, blowing, trim hedges once a month, fertilize lawn once during the spring, summer, and autumn) on a regular weekly basis = $20 per visit for lawns 1000 sq ft and smaller. Price goes up $10 for every additional 1000 sq ft. One time yard clean ups = from $150 to $300 Sprinkler system installation covering 2500 sq ft lawn: (spinklers, valves, and timer) = call or message for estimate. Drip irrigation installation: call or message for an estimate
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After recieving a call from a customer and they tell me what they want, I will come to their house to look at the property, take measurments, and calculate the cost of parts I will need to finish the job. I will give my estimate and if approved by customer i will have them and myself sign an agreement outlining all work that is to be done. After work is complete i will take pictures and leave a detailed report of everything that was done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an irrigator and plant caretaker for 4 years at the University of California, Riverside. Landscaper at Air Force Village West, Scotts Landscping, and currently one of the Lead Landscapers at Paul's Landscaping.
