I have known John (CEO) for over 24 years, almost as long as I have been an attorney in the areas of real estate and construction litigation. In that period of time I have had an inordinate amount of experience litigating against and representing licensed contractors both good and bad in the industry.In all that time, I have never known him to be anything but ethical, a good fiduciary, and a principal that only has a desire to do a good job for his clients at a reasonable cost, never seeking to exploit his client's situation.When I think of contractors I would want to hire, those are the exact same qualities I would want in my contractor regardless of the job at hand.I can emphatically say, without reservation, that if you want someone honest and professional to hire for a construction project you are in good hands with John!
