I am completely happy with the cleaning service. Two people, Alfredo and Lupe, came on time and thoroughly cleaned my house. I have asthma, but at no time did I need to sneeze or wheeze as they were cleaning, and my house is dust-free and sparkling. It smells so fresh, no lingering chemical odor. Things were not in perfect order when they came, and they simply stacked those items that were on dressers, tables, etc, and cleaned underneath them. I love it! I was able to find my "stuff" when they finished and had a clean house. I will definitely use them again and again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to prices, I prefer to take a look at the place and give an estimate based on the size of the house and how dirty the place looks and how much work must be done so that the customer is satisfied.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What I like to do with a new customer is to get together to take a look at the place that will be needing cleaning, and talk over about the price that we charge to clean the house and come to agreement on a price that fits me and the customer well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The education that I have so far is that I am still in college going towards my business administration degree and trying to expand my business.
