I did not end up working with this LDA because I needed a family law attorney to handle my situation. However, having been an attorney myself in several other states for almost 30 years, I can say that she was competent, responsive, and she understood that as an LDA, she cannot give legal advice, but was more than willing to produce documents at my direction. Consequently, I would recommend her as an LDA.

I definitely recommend Family Law Document Services. Kat is very thorough and knowledgeable. So far she has prepared Demand for Production of Documents, Deposition Subpoena for Production of Documents and she’s now working on the Request for Order and Income and Expense Declaration. Going through a divorce is not easy. But having somebody that knows what they’re doing like Family Law to turn to relieves a lot of stress! The prices are also very reasonable!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The LDA fees for an uncontested divorce range between $900.00 and $1,350.00 for an uncontested divorce. The LDA fees do not include the $450.00 court filing fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a phone call to discuss your situation. If you decide to hire me, I will send you a contract and intake sheet to complete/sign and return. The documents are pdf fillable and docusign so you do not need to print anything.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 24 years experience in Family Law working as a paralegal/LDA. I am licensed and bonded in the county of Riverside.
