I hate writing bad reviews. It’s hard to get a business going so I’d have loved D&C’s to have replied to my messages so they could at least try and put things right for. But they didn’t so here I am. David arrived at 4pm instead of 2pm, - 2 hours late - and assured me that he would finish in time for my zoom meeting at 4.30. He didn’t finish until after 6. He had left after my meeting was finished and my balcony was just awful. There were black ‘bits’ all over it and weird clumps of black hair everywhere. I had painted my balcony 2 months before but large chunks were now peeled off so i have to do it again. My newly cleaned windows are now full of scum and so have to be done again. I had to sweep and clean the whole balcony after he’d left. And lastly, he overcharged me. When I went back to our texts he said the price would be $100 or less, and he charged me $135. Unfortunately I had to pay him before he was finished because I had to jump on the zoom. So i couldn’t check the texts or inspect the balcony before he left. And I’d tipped him.. And I’ve contacted him twice - both on his cell and through the app - and he isn’t replying.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a $75 call out fee and then it's$3 per panel, oil stain removal, sidewalk or deck/patio washing depends on the size of the project. Detailing cars, pickups & SUVs is a flat rate of $100. Semi truck prices are $35 for the tractor. $60 for tractor/trailer and R.V"s start at $40. We do offer discounts for referring us to potential customers.

We started out as just a mobile truck wash washing trucks & trailers and polishing rims, driving around truck stop parking lots looking for customers,
