- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer full service property management for just $115.00/month with no additional fees. There is no sign up fee, processing fee, listing fee, MLS fee, renewal fee, or any other fee at all. For this price we handle all the showings, move ins and outs, monthly rent collections, maintenance calls, HOA notices, annual inspections and anything else that might arise from owning a rental property. The only additional fee is our optional Eviction Protection Program for $25/month. Our management fee is flat rate at $115.00/month*. This way we treat every property the same no matter if it is our highest priced or lowest priced rental property. Everyone gets the same, great service.

It all starts with a conversation. We take the time to understand exactly what you’re looking for and whether our services are the right fit for your needs. As a small, boutique property management company, we pride ourselves on offering personalized, attentive service — but we also know we’re not the right match for everyone. Our pricing stays low because we work with the right clients — those who value clear communication, mutual respect, and a shared goal of making property ownership smoother and more efficient. When we're all on the same page, the relationship flows naturally, and everyone benefits — both in terms of time and money saved. If it feels like a good fit, we move forward by setting up your property. If it's vacant, we’ll get it listed and ready for showings. If it's occupied, we’ll take the time to properly introduce ourselves to your tenants and ensure a smooth transition.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our office and broker are fully licensed and maintain current with continuing education classes. We are also active members of Inland Valley Association of Realtors.
