- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We normal do not give pricing over the phone, What we do offer is a free assessment of the affected areas a no charge to the city of Riverside and surrounding areas.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most typical purpose is the assessments phase of working with new customers, Identifying what the issues are and give recommendations and colusting a free of charge.Finding a solution that is specifically designed for each customer is very important.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In regards to training, in order for us to hold certifications and licenses we have to complete a minimum of 36 HR of continuous training on order for us to renew our licenses. Education is ongoing all year around.
