- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At AE Construction & Remodeling, we focus on delivering high-quality ADUs, kitchen and bathroom remodels in Rocklin and nearby cities like Loomis, Newcastle, Roseville, El Dorado Hills, Folsom, and more, with detailed planning, permits, and inspections when needed. Because every project is unique, pricing depends on scope, materials, and finishes. We don’t aim to be the cheapest option — our goal is to provide lasting value, excellent craftsmanship, and a stress-free process from start to finish. We are happy to work with different budget ranges, but most of our bathroom remodels start around $22k and kitchens around $40k. This ensures clients who reach out are ready for a quality remodel that’s built to last.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to make remodeling simple and stress-free for our clients. We typically start with an initial phone call to learn about your project goals, budget, and timeline. From there, we schedule an in-home consultation where we review the space, discuss design ideas, and go over material options. Once we have a clear vision, we provide a detailed proposal and scope of work. If permits are required, we handle that for you. Throughout the remodel, we maintain clear communication, provide progress updates, and ensure the project is completed on time and with high-quality craftsmanship. From first consultation to final inspection, our goal is to make the entire process smooth, transparent, and enjoyable for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 12 years of hands-on experience in construction and remodeling, with a focus on kitchens, bathrooms, and full home renovations. Over the years, I’ve completed numerous projects that required working closely with architects, designers, and city inspectors, which has given me in-depth knowledge of building codes and permitting processes. Beyond experience, I continually stay updated on new construction methods, design trends, and high-quality materials to ensure every project meets today’s standards and lasts for years to come. My training is built on a combination of technical skill, project management, and a commitment to excellent craftsmanship
