We are Still Smok'n BBQ & Catering. We cook the real BBQ low and slow with quality homemade sides that can't be beat. No corporate food nonsense, but that backyard West Coast flavor that begs to be eaten!
We cater for you on-site for any event. We were a featured vendor at last year's A Taste of Sacramento and are in the 2012 Gilroy Garlic Festival. Please feel free to call or email us anytime for a free instant quote.

I want to let everyone know that Still Smok'n is one of a kind. I hired them to cater an annual parent/student event on my college campus. As director, I usually take my time and choose the best caterer that I can find. I FOUND THE BEST!
This guy, Monie, who runs the operation came in smokin' and blazin': on time, organized, friendly, clean, and smokin' meat (ribs and tri tip). The parents could not say enough about how juicy and succulent the ribs tasted, as well as the tenderness and smoke flavor of the tri tip. The students couldn't get enough; they ate and ate and ate! This was a summer event and parents are already calling to make sure we book Still Smok'n again this year.
I would highly recommend Still Smok'n for your catering needs.

I hired Still Smokin to cater my family reunion in San Diego, CA last year. We expected about 120 family members to enjoy a day of food and activities on the bay and we wanted authentic BBQ. Wow! We got more than we expected!
This is a great catering company that provides delicious, homemade foods and a welcoming environment to just have lots of fun. Monie, the owner, is a real gem; a unique person with a wonderful personality who knows how to bring "down home" flavor to a variety of juicy, tender cuts of meat and a mix of sides. Monie's Mac and Cheese is to die for. My family couldn't get enough and went out of their way to ask for his recipe....that means it was outstanding! Also, the pulled pork was like kryptonite....slowly roasted in a spicy sauce.
Monie went way beyond our expectations; he and his staff are real professionals. He arrived early with staff, started his grill, set up his tables, organized his food, and later provided me with meat samples so I could rave about the upcoming food to my family. It was truly a wonderful BBQ that everyone enjoyed and are still talking about.
Still Smokin comes highly recommended to anyone who enjoys good food, fun, family and friends.

I was amazed with their service! We had Still Smok'n BBQ & Catering during one of our company events but unfortunately i wasn't there to taste their yummy food but the feedback was great so I emailed them and had their service during our mom's 70th birthday. OMG, the food was really good, fresh and tasty! the visitors wanted more and talked to me where i found this place. *Monie* my contact guy and the one who did everything from setting the food table to cooking did an amazing job! Thumbs up to their catering service, to the food and everyone that works here! will recommend this place and definitely use their service again!

Still Smok'n catered my family's family reunion in Elk Grove. The food was awesome!! But more important than that, he was professional, well-prepared and left no stone unturned in making sure everyone was satified. When comparing their rates to other catering companies, this was by far the best bang for our buck. If you're in need of a caterer, I suggest you give Still Smok'n a try.

Still Smok'n BBQ catered a small celebration my employer was having to celebrate a safety milestone. There were approximately 45 people attending and the food was served on time , hot, and delicious. Mr. Chacon was attentive and engaging as questions were asked about his preparation of the food and his equipment used to cook the food.
I did not hear a single complaint and there was no food left behind.
Good job Still Smok'n!
