- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive and designed to be fair, transparent, and results driven. For property management, I charge a standard monthly percentage of rent collected, with no hidden fees. We also offer a premium plan that covers all legal costs in the event of an eviction, capped at a fixed amount. For real estate sales, commissions are only paid upon successful closing, and we occasionally offer discounts for repeat clients or bundled services like sales plus management. Every situation is unique, so I’m always open to discussing flexible options that work for your specific goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by having a conversation to fully understand their goals, whether they’re buying, selling, or need property management. From there, I create a customized plan based on their situation. I also manage a full team for each department including sales, leasing, maintenance, and client support, so every part of the process is handled professionally and efficiently. If they’re a seller, we provide a full market analysis, walk the property, and recommend the most cost effective improvements to boost value. For buyers, we help them get prequalified and guide them from property search to closing. For property management, my team handles everything from marketing and tenant screening to maintenance and rent collection. Our goal is to make the entire process seamless, efficient, and stress free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed real estate agent in California with years of hands-on experience in both residential sales and property management. I have a background in finance and law, and I’m currently finishing my law degree with the goal of becoming licensed to practice real estate law. Beyond my license, I’ve completed advanced training in contracts, negotiations, and landlord tenant law. I’ve also studied investment analysis and creative financing strategies to better serve clients looking to build wealth through real estate. Most importantly, I’ve managed and sold hundreds of properties, which has given me the real world knowledge that no classroom ever could.
