Introduction: To be quite honest, I'm more attracted to the socializing aspect of the field. I know most bartenders love the flexibility to create their own concoction. I know other bartenders love to be able to be their own boss. For me, I enjoy the ability to grow our brand, logo and what we stand for.
How are we able to do this? That's easy, it's all about the communication. I enjoy being able to mingle with the guests and talk about sports, work, the commute, the bar, the business and most importantly, their future events! I really enjoy the networking portion of the job, being able to find photographers, caterers, dj's and other bartenders so we can build our own community of services to help satisfy the needs of potential hosts such as yourself.
What I like to say we specialize in, is being neighborhood friendly. We like to meet our clients on a professional level at the same time, be casual enough to be considered family because it's the host that invites us to their homes, their events and to meet their friends and family.
