- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$40/hr per person. Rate increases with additional people or by distance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would find out their strengths and weaknesses, go over the basic fundamentals such as backhand and forehand form, correct grip and footwork. As the student improves, we practice other things but we continue practicing basic drills.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors in Human Resource, MBA in Accounting, CPR certified.
