Great customer service. Took care of our Maytag dishwasher. Diagnostic price was reasonable and showed up on time. First repair did not permanently resolve the problem, so he made it right with a second visit.

What a nice feeling to know youve found a quality, reliable repair service. Ive used ApplianceRepair Expert on two separate repair projects. Ilgor knew exactly how to fix my broken dishwasher, he got the replacement parts right away, and scheduling was no problem. I normally charge by the hour and can provide project price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will provide a free estimate of cost for project within 24 hours. I will make first service call to verify and fix problem. If parts are required, I will order the parts for you and let you know when they will arrive. I will make return trip to site to complete repairs. All parts and labor have a 90 day warranty.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received on-the-job training for all major appliances. I have over 10 years experience fixing most major brands of appliances. I work with a large number of warranty companies. I keep up-to-date on most appliance brands and have relationship with major parts suppliers.
